Wealth Guard Insurance Agency does not sell or rent your personal information, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Information you choose to provide

Our contact form collects the name, business name, contact details, preferred contact method, and inquiry you submit. We use this information to respond to you, discuss the services you request, and manage our communications with you.

When information is shared

We use service providers to operate this website, store and deliver inquiries, and communicate with you. These include Netlify for website hosting, Jotform for the contact form, and our email provider. They process information needed to provide those services.

We may share information with insurers or other professionals when you request or authorize it to obtain or service coverage. We may also disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, or as necessary to protect legal rights and prevent fraud. We do not otherwise provide your inquiry information to unrelated third parties without your permission.

Website and form technology

The website host and embedded form provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, and access logs, and use cookies or similar technology to deliver and protect their services. Keep sensitive information out of the contact form

Please do not send Social Security numbers, health information, financial account details, or confidential documents through this general inquiry form. If additional information is needed, we will discuss an appropriate way to provide it.

To ask about this notice, request a correction or deletion of information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you, email business@proinsconsultant.com. We will address requests subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
